What are you doing to take care of yourselves?
There are so many reasons why it is important to take care of every aspect of ourselves. Swimming is something that I love to do , and I make every effort to swim at least five times per week. Eating healthy is another way that I take care of myself. Self Care is something that I have gained to practice on a regular basis.
